Afonwen Laundry has taken a 9,623sq ft shed on a 10-year lease with a break in year five at a headline rent of £9.50 per sq ft.
Therapak Pharma Services has taken 10 year leases on a 10,803 sq ft unit and a 12,933 sq ft at the park at rents of £9.50 per sq ft and £9 per sq ft respectively.
Grays Truck Centre has taken 14,580 sq ft of space on a 10-year lease with a break in year five at a headline rent of £10.50 per sq ft.
