Aberdeen Asset Management has agreed two new lettings at Lion Yard shopping centre in Cambridge.
Music-inspired pop-culture clothing store The Pop Culture Company has entered into a 10-year lease for a 1,600 sq ft shop at a rent of £170,000 pa. It will sit alongside Superdry and Miss Selfridge.
Branded fashion retailer Rett Retail has agreed a 10-year lease for a 2,100 sq ft store at a rent of £210,000 pa. The store will be located alongside Kew Ladieswear and Miss Selfridge.
Both stores will open this summer.
Simon Andrews, director of asset management at Aberdeen, said: “They will add to our younger fashion offer as we continue to refresh our line up.”
