Aberdeen Standard Investments has let five retail and leisure units at its redevelopment of the Albert Dock in Liverpool.
Restaurants Rosa’s Thai Café and Lunyalita have taken 2,436 sq ft and 2,767 sq ft on 15- and 20-year leases respectively.
Leather Satchel Co has extended its lease for a further 10 years, while Escape Hunt, a game similar to The Crystal Maze, will take 2,800 sq ft on the mezzanine level of Atlantic Pavilion.
Made in Liverpool TV, which is owned and operated by Made Television, has also relocated its city headquarters to a new office suite on the Colonnades side of the dock.
