Aberdeen Asset Management has put 12 Golden Square, W1, up for sale as a redevelopment opportunity.
H2SO has been instructed to seek offers in excess of £20m for the 26,244 sq ft Soho building.
It has vacant possession from December 2013, with potential for a refurbishment or redevelopment.
At the same time, one of the remaining tenants, Digital Cinema Media which occupies close to 9,000 sq ft, has appointed Colliers International to find it up to 30,000 sq ft in the West End for a new headquarters.
Golden Square has seen a raft of activity this year, including the sale of number 36 to DTZ Investment Management for £47.5m – a 4.25% yield. CBRE Global Investors also attracted numerous bids for 37-38, before withdrawing the asset from the market.
