Abrdn signs Alliance Healthcare at Brum industrial estate
Abrdn has secured Alliance Healthcare as the latest tenant at Gravelly Industrial Park in Birmingham on behalf of the Standard Life Pooled Pension Property Fund.
The healthcare wholesaler and distributor will occupy the largest grade-A warehouse on the park on a 15-year lease.
The 285,158 sq ft building, known as Gravelly Point, cost just under £25m to build. It has EPC A+ BREEAM Outstanding ratings.

The wider Gravelly Industrial Park, which sits at J6 of the M6, spans 80 acres and has more than 70 facilities ranging from 2,000 sq ft to more than 100,000 sq ft.
