Abrdn’s European sheds fund has paid €18.8m for a Barcelona warehouse.
ASLI’s deal for the 150,000 sq ft warehouse, built in 2019, reflects a net initial yield of 3.7% and net reversionary yield of 4.7%.
It is fully let to Mediapost, a subsidiary of the French state owned La Poste group.
The Abrdn fund now holds 16 assets, three of which are in Spain, valued at around £500m.
