Mark Glatman’s Abstract (Croydon) has confirmed it has concluded a deal to let 40,000 sq ft on its Renaissance building in Croydon.
The letting to the Board of the Pension Protection Fund accounts for about 40% of the 100,000 sq ft development, which is now under construction.
It comprises the entirety of the first and second floors of the five-storey building.
