AccorHotels has completed its acquisition of Mantra Group for A$1.3bn (£730m).
It agreed to buy the Australian hotel operator in October last year.
Mantra has 127 properties and more than 20,000 bedrooms in hotels, resorts and serviced apartments across Australia, New Zealand, Indonesia and Hawaii.
AccorHotels said at the time the combined geographic footprint would form a “favourable base” for the company’s future growth in the region.
AccorHotels is now the only shareholder in Mantra.
