Advertising agency Iris has agreed terms to occupy circa 33,580 sq ft at Riverscape, the former King & Wood Mallesons office building at 10 Queen Street Place, EC4.
The deal means the 211,000 sq ft building is now 67% prelet, after owners Lembaga Tabung Haji carried out a full refurbishment of the property following the collapse of law firm KWM, which formerly let the whole building
Knight Frank was appointed to lead the strategic asset management of the building and has overseen a £12m design-led refurbishment, due to complete this summer, which includes a double-height reception and café, 247 cycle spaces and a 19,000 sq ft landscaped roof terrace offering panoramic views over the River Thames.
Iris has signed a 12-year lease, and will relocate from its current office at 185 Park Street, SE1, on the South Bank.

Other tenants signed up to the building include law firm Bates Wells & Braithwaite London, media firm Acuris and accountancy firm Haysmacintyre.
There are now just three split floors remaining at Riverscape, totalling just over 60,000 sq ft.
Julian Stocks, lead partner at Knight Frank, said: “This crucial letting to Iris further demonstrates the demand for Riverscape and recognition of the significant investment that Lembaga Tabung Haji is making.
“Introduction of a new ground floor café, impressive new reception and breath-taking river views sets this building apart and we expect to secure further lettings on the remaining accommodation in the coming months.”
Iris was advised by Savills.
