Jones Lang LaSalle has appointed Adam Binns from CG Property, the Co-operative Group’s property and development business, to set up the company’s first residential department in Leeds.
Binns will be a senior surveyor in the firm’s commercial Leeds office, and will focus on residential development and investment agency in Yorkshire and the North East.
James Thomas, head of residential at Jones Lang LaSalle, said: “Over the past 18 months, we have steadily been growing the residential team.
“This growth reflects not only the increasing number of client instructions we are undertaking but also our desire to make the expansion of our residential activities a major priority.”
