ADC Therapeutics doubles up at White City hub

Biotechnology company ADC Therapeutics has grown its research facilities in White City, W12, by taking additional space at Imperial College’s I-HUB building.

The move will see the oncology-focused firm occupying the eighth floor, totalling 12,000 sq ft, taking its total footprint at the campus to 24,000 sq ft.

The move comes as the company accelerates the development of new therapies for cancer patients who have limited treatment options.

Paddy Shipp, head of UK life sciences agency at JLL, who acted for Imperial College, said: “We have seen good demand from life sciences companies choosing to take space in London, and with White City being a key innovation hub in the city, this has received high levels of interest. ADC Therapeutics expanding their presence at the site is a vote of confidence for White City as a key life sciences cluster.”
