Addleshaw Goddard signs for One St Peter’s Square

One-St-Peter's-SquareLaw firm Addleshaw Goddard has taken 56,000 sq ft at Argent and the Greater Manchester Property Venture Fund’s One St Peter’s Square in Manchester.

Addleshaw Goddard has signed a 20-year lease and will pay around £32.50 per sq ft, taking two and a half floors in the 13-storey building.

It is the latest firm to quit Moorfield Group and Oaktree Capital’s 100 Barbirolli Square, which was put on the market for £52m last year.

EY is moving to Deutsche Asset & Wealth Management’s Two St Peter’s Square and PwC is moving to Allied London’s Spinningfields.

Addleshaw Goddard will join KPMG and rival DLA Piper in the 280,000 sq ft office block, leaving around 100,000 sq ft available.

JLL acted for Addleshaw Goddard; Savills and GVA represented Argent.
