Administrators lined up for Albany Homes

 

UK administrators are understood to be being lined up to take control of the UK assets of Irish investor David Daly.

 

 

The move comes after his Albany Homes was unable to agree a memorandum of understanding with Nama this week.

 

 

News of the potential administration broke in Ireland yesterday.

 

 

UK assets owned by the 61-year-old north Dubliner include 160 New Bond Street, W1, which is let to Louis Vuitton and is valued at around £200m.

 

 

Albany’s Dublin developments include Greenwood, Prospect Manor, Swords Demesne, Swords Downs, Blanchardstown Heath, Castleview, Holywell, Clare Village, Abbeystone.
