CF Commercial and TwentyRetail have been jointly appointed by Orion and Development Securities to secure retail and leisure operators for the £150m regeneration of Shepherd’s Bush.
The regeneration scheme is being led by Orion Shepherd’s Bush Limited, a joint venture between Orion Land and Leisure and Development Securities, and will provide 212 new homes and 110,000 sq ft of new retail and commercial space as part of a revitalisation of the market.
Shepherd’s Bush will be hosting a food festival in promotion of the regeneration project.
The Little Feast event (pictured) will be hosted in the temporary Shepherd’s Bush Yard at the Goldhawk Road end of Shepherd’s Bush Market. The old fish shop in the market will also be transformed to create The Arch, a deli kitchen & bar.
