Advisory firm Cresa digs into data with new partnership

Real estate advisory firm Cresa has struck a new partnership with Vertis, a data company helping the property sector analyse talent trends.

The companies said their work together would help Cresa advise its occupier clients during a period of “continuing disruption” from the Covid-19 pandemic. Cresa is US-based, with a UK partnership with Knight Frank.

Vertis uses data sets to help companies analyse metrics around talent and location, either to support their existing properties or find locations for new ones. The business has recently teamed up with WeWork to offer the flexible workspace company’s members access to its platform.

Dipesh Shah, chief information officer at Cresa, said: “The future of work is incredibly dynamic, and the addition of data science is imperative in managing the evolving needs of our clients.”
