Construction and engineering consultant Aecom is under offer to lease around 100,000 sq ft at Aldgate Tower, E1.
The letting – at a rent of around £55 per sq ft – would bring the 317,000 to fully let.
The speculatively developed tower is already on the market for sale via Cushman & Wakefield with a price tag of £350m.
CBRE is advising Aecom; BNP Paribas Real Estate and GM Real Estate are leasing agents on the tower.
