FINANCE: European real estate lending specialist Aeriance Investments has hired two senior level staff, Kevin Davidson and Stephen Penny, who will support the company’s loan origination activities.
Davidson has previously worked for Nationwide, Deutsche Bank and JP Morgan. Penny joins from Deutsche Postbank, where he spent nine years, most recently as head of credit.
Aeriance manages around €600m European debt fund investments in senior, mezzanine and segment-specific funds.
