Aerium has placed under offer PMB Holdings and Ares Management’s 8 Fenchurch Place, EC3.
CBRE and Ingleby Trice were instructed to sell the 98,741 sq ft office building above Fenchurch Street station in September last year for £86m – a net initial yield of 4.75%.
PMB and Ares bought the building from Hines in 2010 for £32.7m – a net initial yield of 11%.
It has since undergone a refurbishment and is now fully let to five tenants: the Alzheimer’s Society, Gemserve, Resolute Management, Pembroke Managing Agency and ETC Venues.
