AERIUM, the European real estate fund manager, has completed the sale of the PIXIS portfolio to Pégase Partners, a French investment company, for €210.5m
The transaction was introduced by Leonardo De Vinci Group.

Franck Ruimy, chief executive officer of AERIUM Group, said: “We are pleased to have completed this substantial transaction with Pégase Partners, which has enabled AERIUM to reach its objective for 2010 of having completed over €500m of disposals.
“This strategy has greatly benefitted our investors who have realized significant returns through capital gain.
