Ærium has secured 11,000 sq ft of lettings at 24 Savile Row, W1, taking the building to full occupancy.
Investment advisory firm Gravis Capital Partners has taken the fourth floor, totalling 4,498 sq ft. LMR Management Services, another investment advisory firm, has taken 4,543 sq ft on the third floor and Korean Air Lines Co has taken the first floor, comprising 1,707 sq ft. All leases have been agreed for 10 years with headline rents of between £105 per sq ft and £115 per sq ft.
The building provides 20,000 sq ft of offices and 8,000 sq ft of retail space, which is let to Italian luxury clothing designer Dsquared2. Other occupiers include US hedge fund Aurelius Capital Management (UK).
Designed by architectural firm EPR, the building features a glazed façade by ceramic artist Kate Malone.
