Chris Ludlam has been appointed head of real estate capital at Schroders Property.
Ludlam joins from real estates investment manager AEW.
At AEW Ludlam headed up the capital team, having also previously worked at GreenOak Real Estate, and as head of fund development at Invista Real Estate Investment Management Holdings.
