AEW Europe has completed the €300m (£237m) acquisition of a Paris office portfolio from SIIC de Paris on behalf of an institutional investor.
The 29,063 sq ft portfolio comprises four buildings, two of which, 10/12 rue de Tilsitt and 8 rue Lavoisier, are in the 8th arrondissement, and one, 2 rue du Quatre-Septembre, is in the 2nd.
The fourth is in a southern suburb, Montrouge, at 8 rue François Ory.
All assets are fully let on long-term leases to occupiers including Cleary Gottlieb Steen & Hamilton, Van Cleef & Arpels, Shibsted (Le Bon Coin) and Mondadori.
