AEW signs fitness operator Marchon to Bath’s Cambridge House

AEW has signed fitness operator Marchon to take on 1-4 Cambridge House, Henry Street, Bath. It will be Marchon’s fourth UK site. The company has agreed to a 6,224 sq. ft retail unit on the ground floor on a 10-year lease. The unit was previously occupied by Everyone Active. Located next to Bath Spa train station, Cambridge House is a five-floor office building with ground floor for retail. Earlier this year, Marchon secured space at Quadrum Real Estate’s 11 Belgrave Road, SW1, in London Victoria. Marchon operates multiple gyms in London and Hertfordshire, including Stratford and White City House. AEW acquired Cambridge House office building in 2023 for £11.5m.
