Two Bristol properties have been bought by AEW UK for £3.6m.
Freshford House and WCA House, located on Redcliffe Way, were sold by UK Commercial Property Trust and total 32,000 sq ft.
The buildings are let to Ofsted, which will be vacating in July 2015 as part of the government’s rationalisation programme.
Richard Coombs, director of investment at Colliers, said: “The vendor took the opportunity provided by an improving market to exit from an asset with a short unexpired term at a good price. The property was sold following a best-bids process and AEW was selected on the grounds of best price and a proven track record.”
Colliers represented UK Commercial Property Trust and Knight Frank acted for AEW.
