Iconic cast iron cooker manufacturer AGA Rangemaster Group has secured its first dedicated store in London.
AGA has signed a 10-year deal with a private client of Strettons for a 1,000 sq ft store at 38 Spital Square, Spitalfields, E1, paying £57,000 pa.
The stove maker, long associated with country living, has been looking for months to secure a standalone store in the capital after manufacturing a narrower, electric-powered AGA, specifically designed for city living.
The business currently has concessions within upmarket cookshop Divertimenti’s branches in Knightsbridge and Marylebone.
