Aga could join Ericsson in relocation to UK

Aga could join Ericsson in abandoning Sweden in favour of what itsees as the more sympathetic economic regime of Britain.

The Swedish manufacturer of ovens says it has been conducting areview of its operations to examine the benefits of moving to a countrywhere the tax rates are lower. Britain has come near the top of thelist.

The news comes at the same time as Ericsson, the telecommunications giant,confirmed it was looking at London as a site for new headquarters.
