Agency changes in Italy

DTZ and Oncor have strengthened their networks in Italy with a new office for DTZ and a new partner for Oncor.

DTZ will open its first Italian office in Milan, under the name DTZ Italia. It will be run by Dr Paolo Insom, who previously ran ARCA Nordest’s property consultancy, which is owned by 12 of Italy’s cooperative banks.

For the past five years DTZ has worked with ARCA to service its international clients in Italy. ARCA will continue to use DTZ for property services.

At Oncor, Patrigest, the consultancy company of the Gabetti Group, has taken over from Gabetti as the network’s representative in Italy. The change reflects the Gabetti Group’s growing emphasis on commercial property and real estate consultancy to large businesses.
