In what is being billed as the largest industrial deal in Taunton for several years, Pilkington Properties has sublet 2,463 sq m (26,510 sq ft) on the town’s Priorswood Industrial Estate to South West Karting.
The go-karting operator has taken Units 1-3 (pictured) on a lease with four years remaining at £70,500 pa. The deal includes a short rent free period, a substantial deposit and a corporate guarantee on the lease.
