Agent Provocateur in W1 deal

Royal London Asset Management has let 2 Grosvenor Street, W1, to Agent Provocateur.

The luxury lingerie retailer has agreed a new 10-year lease on 1,500 sq ft and will pay an annual rent of £210,000.

The former home of the Grosvenor Arms pub for more than 100 years, the property has been refurbished for retail at ground and basement floors, with the upper floors providing new offices.

Anthony Selwyn, director of central London retail at Savills, which acted for RLAM, said: “This letting to Agent Provocateur highlights the demand from luxury brands to be housed as close to Bond Street as possible and we are sure it will create a real buzz in the area. We are pleased to have secured a rental deal well above the quoted asking price on behalf of our client.”

Agent Provocateur was represented by Cushman & Wakefield.
