Agent Provocateur signs for first Scottish store

Luxury lingerie retailer Agent Provocateur has signed for its first store in Scotland.

The retailer, which is owned by Joseph Corre – son of designer Vivienne Westwood and Malcolm McLaren – and Serena Rees, will open a flagship 750 sq ft store at Wildmoor Investments’ 10,000 sq ft Ingram Street development in Glasgow this summer.

It will take a 15-year lease on 197-207 Ingram Street.

Agent Provocateur, which has nine stores in the UK – in London, Birmingham, Leeds and Manchester – recently published accounts showing it had recorded a loss of £208,000.

Atisreal and CWM advised Wildmoor; Ryden acted for Agent Provocateur.
