Knight Frank has lost its mandate to advise on the 2.3m sq ft Green Park in Reading, Berkshire.
Oxford Properties, which bought the 190-acre business park for £400m in November last year, has appointed DTZ and Cushman & Wakefield as letting agents.
Incumbent Campbell Gordon has been retained. CBRE is also understood to have pitched for the contract.
