Cushman & Wakefield and Canning O’Neill have been appointed as joint agents to lease a 61,000 sq ft office building in south Manchester.
Pin Property’s One, a grade-A office building on Dovecote Business Park, will undergo a full refurbishment, which is due to be completed next summer.
The building was bought from Strathclyde Pension Fund in September.
It can be reached via junction six of the M60 and is walking distance from Sale Water Park Metrolink station.
