Agents appointed to drive lets at Harrogate mall

  Savills and Fawley Watson Booth have been appointed as joint letting agents at LaSalle Investment Management’s Victoria Shopping Centre in Harrogate, Yorkshire.   Savills recently advised LIM on its acquisition of the 140,000 sq ft shopping centre from Land Securities, and its Leeds office has now been retained to advise on the asset management.   Tenants at the Victoria Shopping Centre include TK Maxx, H&M, New Look, Mothercare and WH Smiths.   Steve Henderson, associate director at Savills, said: “Victoria Shopping Centre is a key retail destination in Harrogate and we are looking forward to working with our client in augmenting the already impressive tenant mix at the scheme.”   annabel.dixon@rbi.co.uk
