Conservationists have called for the government to intervene to prevent the destruction of an ancient meadow.
The meadows, on the Turnastone Court farm in the Golden Valley, Herefordshire, are for sale and the agents have called for final offers on Wednesday.
The asking price for the estate, which includes a seven-bedroom farmhouse, a village shop, farm buildings and a cottage, is £1m.
