Kingboard Investment Holdings has instructed agents to lease its 56,000 sq ft office refurbishment at One Aldgate, EC3.
Colliers International and Savills have been tasked with marketing the seven-storey office block which boasts floor plates from 4,723 sq ft to 7,223 sq ft. Quoting rents are £45 per sq ft.
One Aldgate, is located at the junction of Aldgate, Jewry Street and Fenchurch Street.
Hamish Cuming, associate director, City offices at Colliers International said: “With Grade-A vacancy in the City at a 13-year low, availability has fallen by 30 per cent in the past 12 months. This recently refurbished office provides much-needed stock for the City.
