CBRE and Knight Frank have been named as joint agents of the £500m Park House development on Oxford Street, W1.
Tenants are now being sought for 163,010 sq ft of offices, 39 flats and 87,647 sq ft of shops (CBRE is the sole agent for the retail space), which are due for completion in November 2012.
QNB Capital is advising Park House’s owner SFL3, which is a subsidiary of Shard Funding, the Qatari owner of London Bridge Quarter.
