Jomast Developments has appointed Savills and West Mark Estates as letting agents at its new Chesterfield Elder Way mixed-use leisure development on the site of the former Co-op department store in Chesterfield, Derbyshire.
Chesterfield Elder Way will comprise six ground-floor restaurant units ranging from 3,305 sq ft to 3,916 sq ft, along with a 40,000 sq ft hotel and 16,284 sq ft health and fitness unit.
The scheme is located near the town’s principal shopping areas, The Pavements, Vicars Lane and The Shambles.
