A new web-based service, allowing London residential agents to pool details of properties for sale, was launched this week.
Details of centralistings.com were presented to a group of 40 agents. Subscribing agents will be able to share information on properties over the web.
The site is backed by a newly formed company called London Property Network.
At the end of June, Immoeuro launches a second business-to-business web platform for residential agents. Its European Realty System (ERS) allows agents to access property details in a range of countries. The multilingual site relies on cross-border commission sharing.
