The West Midlands Industrial Agents Society has raised £3,000 for charity after hosting a series of events over the past year.
Fundraising efforts at a Christmas party, a cricket match, a technical visit to Jaguar Land Rover, and a summer BBQ have boosted the coffers of Birmingham St Mary’s Hospice.
Jonathan Robinson, West Midlands chairman at the IAS and associate director at DTZ, gave a warm thank you to those involved in the events.
Much of the work of the hospice is carried out in patients’ homes and a donation of this size could potentially pay for five days of in-patient care or 120 hours of care in its Selly Park facility.
