The firm sold 55 of 65 lots offered, but a further 27 were withdrawn prior to the live-streamed auction.

A three-bedroom house in Willesden Green, NW2, let on an assured shorthold tenancy, sold for £575,000, a 7% yield. It was guided at £500,000-plus and was sold by order of LPA receivers.

Another receivership sale was a two-bedroom flat above a shop in Kentish Town, NW5, which sold at its guide of £275,000, a yield of 5.7%.

A lower-ground-floor, one-bedroom garden flat in Queens Park, NW6, with 60 years left on the lease, sold for £479,000 off a guide of £385,000.

Other successes included the sale of seven plots of land in Hornchurch and Romford, Essex; Porth, Mid Glamorgan; and Iver, Buckinghamshire, which all sold prior.
