North West-based developer The Ainscough Group has let a 130,000 sq ft industrial unit to waste management and recycling firm Roydon at its Junction Business Park in Swinton, near Salford, Greater Manchester.
Roydon will relocate to the site from its existing premises in Rochdale.
Paul Nolan of Nolan Redshaw, who acted for Ainscough, said: “This is a landmark letting, both for the region and for Junction Business Park. There are still substantial areas of land available for a wide and flexible variety of short, medium and long-term use, from storage to redevelopment.”
Nigel McGurk, managing director of Ainscough Strategic Land, added: “Sustained investment into the site is not only bringing new jobs but is firmly establishing Junction Business Park as a great location for business in Greater Manchester. We are well on the way to creating a successful eco-park for the region.”
