Air freight company Panalpina Worldwide Transport has signed up for Pentith Developments’ 23,225 sq m (250,000 sq ft) Orion Business Park – the largest new industrial development in south Manchester.
Panalpina has taken a 25 year lease on a 2,508 sq m (27,000 sq ft) design and build warehouse to support its operation at Manchester Airport. The starting rent is £131,760 pa and the lease incorporates five yearly rent reviews.
Letting agent for the park – which is located on Birdhall Lane, Cheadle – is Lambert Smith Hampton.
