The Reflector, one of Dublin’s iconic new office buildings, is up for sale for €155m (£136m).
The 121,089 sq ft six-storey office is in Dublin’s Grand Canal Dock area.
It was developed by Irish property group Park Developments, which has built around 20,000 houses and flats and 950,000 sq ft of commercial property.
The development, which completed in 2018, is let to tenants including Airbnb and Boston-based tech firm LogMeIn. It will produce an annual rent of approximately €7m.
The sale is being handled by Savills Ireland and CBRE on behalf of Park Developments.
Johnny Horgan, CBRE executive director, said: “The office sector remains the primary sectoral focus for most European and international investors. This year, we anticipate that investors will be focused on core and core-plus investment opportunities.”
