Aitch Group has bought the former Metropolitan Police Station in Finchley, North London, for £6.2m.
It intends to build 53 flats on the 0.5-acre site at 193 Ballards Lane, which it bought without planning permission.
Aitch has a number of schemes across London, particularly in the East of the city. It has also launched a PRS arm, Vive Living, which has its first scheme, an 83-unit development, at Childers Street in Deptford.
