London developer Aitch Group has agreed a £24m loan from Paragon Bank to fund completion of its mixed-use scheme Express Works in Bethnal Green.
The development comprises 58 residential units and a 6,990 ft ground floor commercial space.
Paragon’s funding has enabled the refinance of the partially completed scheme to stay on track for a completion date of March 2021.
This is Paragon’s second loan to Aitch Group, following a £34m development facility for a scheme in Hackney Wick.
