Aitch Group has unveiled a pipeline in Hackney Wick, E9, and Fish Island, E3, of 366 units across six sites.
Four sites have planning with construction under way, while plans have been submitted for two more.
The developments include the home of a former bagel factory on White Post Lane and an ex-church on Monier Road and will have a mixture of both PRS and sales units. The other sites are on Hepscott Road, Rothbury Road and Dace Road.
Aitch Group has appointed Hawkins Brown Architects, BuckleyGrayYeoman and HWO Architects. Gerald Eve and CMA advised on planning.
