Akeler wins contract to build BP headquarters in Aberdeen

Akeler has beaten Miller Developments for the contract to build oil giant BP’s new headquarters in Dyce, near Aberdeen.

BP, Aberdeen’s largest private-sector employer, plans to build the 172,000 sq ft scheme at the site of its existing 1970s-built facility or within 2 miles.

Cushman & Wakefield Healey & Baker is advising BP.
