Swedish residential investor Akelius has bought a portfolio of 395 flats in London for £73.2m.
The 19 properties are located around London, with more than half in Ealing and Enfield. All the blocks are unbroken, and range considerably in size, with vacancy at around 1.5%. The site in Harrow is an office conversion.
Akelius first announced its intention to break into the UK residential market in 2011 and has since built a portfolio of nearly 2,000 flats.
Knight Frank advised Akelius.
