Liverpool developer Albany Assets has released 170,000 sq ft of retail and office space onto the Liverpool market.
The space, available either leasehold or freehold, includes 30,000 sq ft within the Albany Building and Irwell Chambers on Old Hall Street.
It comprises of a mix of former food and retail units, which is being refurbished.
The units could either remain as retail or in some cases could be converted to office space.
The space can be sub-divided to provide self-contained units of between 1,200 and to 30,000 sq ft.
Quoted rents vary from £10.50 to £16.50 per sq ft.
Andrew Ferguson, development manager of Albany Assets, said: “We envisage that demand for the accommodation in Albany Building and Irwell Chambers will be at a premium.
“The versatility of the accommodation lends itself to retail or food and restaurant uses and also could be converted into office space.”
Agents are in the process of being appointed.
