David Russell’s Property Alliance Group has submitted plans for a 90,000 sq ft office scheme, which includes an array of full-height LED screens – one of the largest in the world. Provisionally known as Albion Lock, the HKR-designed development on Albion Street will incorporate advertising revenue from the “Blade Runner-esque” facade as part of its funding arrangement.
